The terminal at Revet

Larvik lies in Vestfold on the southern coast of eastern Norway and is the home port of the SuperSpeed 2. The ferry to Denmark has docked here since 1937; today Color Line uses the terminal at Revet 8, with a 210-metre berth, a terminal building and a customs area. More than 700,000 passengers travel through this port every year. Arriving in Larvik, you drive straight into town and onto the E18 after clearing customs.

Getting there by car

Larvik lies on the E18, the coastal motorway between the Oslo area and Kristiansand. Access to the terminal is signposted from the E18. If you're heading for the ferry to Denmark from the Oslo area, Vestfold or Telemark, you reach the port without a detour.

Desk and check-in

The desk in the terminal is staffed from 06:00 to 08:00 in the morning and from 15:00 to 17:30 in the afternoon, ahead of the sailings to Hirtshals. Color Line requires all guests to be at the terminal at least 60 minutes before departure. What you need to show is on the Check-in page.

Parking and charging

The terminal has limited outdoor parking. It's operated by a parking company and paid by app or machine, can't be reserved and isn't guarded. Paid charging points are available for electric cars. If you're leaving your car for longer while travelling on to Denmark, check the parking situation in advance; reservations aren't possible.

By train and bus
